Advancing Women in Leadership (AWL) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing scholarship on women's leadership and gender equity. The journal is sponsored by NCPEA | ICPEL in collaboration with the Education Leadership Research Center at Texas A&M University. About the JournalAWL publishes quantitative and qualitative research, literature reviews, and position papers addressing women's leadership and gender equity in national and international contexts.
